Wangapekatrack.com was set up in 2008 to be the leading resource on the Wangapeka and Leslie-Karamea Tracks, two tracks which deserve a far greater reputation than they have at the moment, which is largely due to little more than lack of publicity. The site aims to be beneficial to trampers, tourism operators, and the National Park itself.
